Vehicle Sales
Option 1 – You and the seller can come to Title Tag Pros with the title of the vehicle being purchased along with valid IDs and proof of insurance, if vehicle has a lien being recorded you must present copy of UCC-1 or Security Agreement, we will notarize the correct forms for the transaction and take care of the title transfer and registration for you.
Option 2 – Bring a properly notarized signed title, along with valid IDs and proof of insurance to Title Tag Pros . We will take care of the title transfer and registration for you.
* If the vehicle title is not a Louisiana title, the seller’s out of state driver’s license must be submitted as proof of residency. If the seller is a resident of Louisiana with an out-of-state title, he/she must first title the vehicle in Louisiana before it can be sold.
Acts of Donation
Option 1 – You and the donor can come in with the title of the vehicle being donated along with valid IDs and proof of insurance, we will notarize the correct forms for the transaction and take care of the title transfer and registration for you.
Option 2 – Bring the properly notarized title signed by the donor to you, properly notarized Act of Donation, your valid ID and proof of insurance. We will take care of the title transfer and registration for you.

Provide your medical certification or VA documentation, along with registration, proof of insurance, and ID, and we’ll handle the rest quickly and efficiently.

Duplicate Title
Lost your vehicle title? Don’t worry — Title Tag Pros can help you get a replacement quickly. First, check your registration or contact us to confirm your title number.
- If your title number is numeric: Bring your VIN, Driver’s License, and lien release (if applicable), and we can issue a duplicate title. The replacement will be mailed to you, usually within 5–7 business days.
- If your title number includes letters: Your title is stored electronically by your lienholder and is not lost.
