Terms and Conditions – Age Requirements

1. Minimum Age Requirement:
   All customers must meet the minimum age requirements mandated by Louisiana state law to obtain services such as driver’s licenses, state IDs, vehicle registrations, or related notary services. Typically, applicants must be at least 16 years old for a driver’s license and 17 years or older for state identification cards.

2. Parental or Guardian Consent for Minors:
   Applicants under 18 years of age may be required to provide consent from a parent or legal guardian. Required documentation and signatures must be presented at the time of application.

3. Proof of Age:
   Valid proof of age documentation, such as a birth certificate, passport, or other government-issued ID, must be provided for all applicants. Failure to provide valid proof of age may result in denial of service.

4. Service Limitations:
   Some services, including certain endorsements, notarizations, or applications, may have additional age restrictions in accordance with Louisiana state regulations.

5. Compliance:
   By using Title and Tag Pros services, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable age-related laws and regulations.
